We’ve built engineering excellence; now, we need a visionary Head of Sales to architect our global growth engine.

In this role, you won’t just manage a pipeline—you will build the sales team, define the strategy, and serve as the face of our international B2B expansion.

    Requirements

    • The Expert: You have 8+ years of experience in international B2B IT / technology and software architecture, you understand client needs and you are capable of building a vision of how these needs can be implemented. You have experience also in international B2B software sales, specifically within the IT outsourcing or staff augmentation industry.
    • The Leader: You have a proven track record of building and managing sales teams that consistently hit (and exceed) seven-figure targets.
    • The Networker: You possess a deep understanding of the global tech ecosystem and a list of international business contacts.
    • The Closer: You are comfortable navigating complex, long-cycle technical sales and negotiating with CTOs and VPs of Engineering.
    • The Strategist: You don't just "sell"; you analyze data, optimize CRM workflows, and predict market shifts.

    Responsibilities

    • Scale the Sales Engine: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing international sales team.
    • Strategic Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy targeting key global markets (Europe, US, etc.).
    • Pipeline Mastery: Generate a consistent flow of high-value outsourcing contracts and long-term partnerships.
    • Leadership: Collaborate directly with the C-suite to align sales targets with company-wide delivery capabilities.
